Poem Artwork

Major - prize winning old bore

Gathers two younger brothers

Napoleon and Squealer; build

Three houses - Straw, Sticks

Bricks; all formulated ideas.

Named Animal Farm 3-2-1

Dedicated to the Major's

Pipe-Dream; took out an

ARM from Mr. Wolf.

The economy goes south

The Three Pigs lose their

Jobs - Mr. Wolf comes to

Collect; Pigs up the creek.

Farm 1 - Straw; Mr. Wolf

Huffs and Puffs; blows the

House to smithereens, Pig

Vamooses to Farm 2.

Mr. Wolf in hot pursuit, but

First had to collect from

Little Red Riding Hood

Couldn't pay - ate her up.

Farm 2 - Sticks; Mr. Wolf

Huffs and Puffs; blows the

House to smithereens, Pigs

Vamoose to Farm 3.

Mr. Wolf in hot pusuit, but

First had to collect from the

Boy who cried wolf; couldn't

Was eaten, cried no more.

Farm 3 - Bricks; Mr. Wolf

Uses dynamite; blows the

House to smithereens, Pigs

Can't vamoose - what now?

Napoleon and Squealer make

A Deal with Mr. Loan Shark

Deliver Major on a silver plate

Fulfilled the ARM and a stomach.

We are in a sad state right now..an epidemic....your story is clever and played out in my head like a cartoon, though sadly it is a reality...so to speak.

This brings to mind the home foreclosure crisis that's going on. Was that your intent Lance? I'd love to know.

Mr. Loan Shark and his ARM can take a hike over to see Mr. Wolfe and see how they like taking residence in his cavernous stomach. LOL
Satire duly noted.

Your children stories are priceless, a little different but that difference shows an imagination unreached my anyone else. You are a Master...Love and hugs, Bonnie
