Poem Artwork

You’re Gettin’ Married in the Mornin’

You’re gettin' married in the mornin’
Break out the prune juice laced with lime
Put in your false teeth, lodged in your bride’s wreath
We’ll drag you to the church on time.

You’ve got to get there in the mornin’
Even though it’s sure to be a crime
Girls won’t come hither, and watch as you wither
They haven’t got a reason or a rhyme.

If you’re not dancin’ we’ll check your ticker

But if you’re breathin’ we’re haulin’ out the vicar

‘Cause you’re gettin’ married in the mornin’

Your last days on Earth will be sublime

Pack your Viagra you’re goin’ to Niagara

(It’s not about the falls, it’s written on the walls)

She’s pregnant now you gotta do the time!

I enjoyed reading your hilarious poem today. I pity for the
girl who has to marry him. (smile) just kidding, "Old or Elderly
people need and find love too.! There's nothing wrong with that,
It made me laugh.

Everything was hunky dory until you got to the pregnancy part. That blew it all apart like a rotten fart.

Still, I can't help shed a tear for the beautiful poem written for the lovely young couple. Sniff, sniff.
