LITTLE VENICE with a friend. 8/25/2009 8:15:10 AM
Met up with a friend today I had a phone call from a friend todat, he was over from New Orleans and staying in London for a few days.
So I took the tube train into town and met him at The London Hilton. I took him for a walk along the Grand Union Canal, just around the corner. He had never wandered to Little Venice a pretty little place with river barge homes moored along the canal. We stopped at a SubWay and had a half tuna with some salad, had a half did not think a foot long roll would stay in one piece with me. More than likely explode.
Any way typical tourist there with his camera, me taking pics of him here and there.
We talked about many things and quite a bit about what he is into. I also learnt he has a fascination with the planet Mars as I do. It was interesting that he was well aware that NASA have airbrushed thousands of Mars photographs taken during the last ten years, they show too much. He was also very disturbed that you hardly see anything about the planet now, and yet there are two satelites taking pictures and data on the planet. Someone is not telling the whole truth about what is on the surface of Mars. If you look at earlier pictures you realize that because NASA did not airbrush those earlier shots. Those are the ones that show buildings, Pyramids, and a ribbed glass like tube that runs across different parts of the planet, and much more. What a shame we idiots are deemed as not worthy to see the truth!
Well that was not all we talked about, we did go back to The Hilton and had a Latte Coffee, then Bobby asked a guest to take a picture of the two of us, not one but two.
