I will be the first to admit that I am prejudiced about the movie, "We Are Marshall," due to the fact that I am a Marshall alumnus; however, I do not believe any who spend their hard-earned money to see it will be disappointed in the least.
My wife and I went to see the movie, We Are Marshall, this evening, starring Matthew McConaughey, Matthew Fox, Anthony Mackie, and David Strathairn. Since we and our two sons are all Marshall University graduates, naturally we are proud of the wonderful job director McG and all the actors did with the movie. We Are Marshall is a true story of how the university's football team rose from ashes to glory after seventy-five team members, the coaching staff, and others crashed and died while landing at Tri-State Airport in Huntington, West Virginia, in November, 1970. I highly recommend the movie to all who visit my blog because it will forever touch your heart. If any of you have already seen the movie, I would like to hear some of your comments.
