First Snow in Boston! 10/30/2020 9:00:52 AM
Snowflakes, like people, are unique and Boston has its first snow day and it is absolutely heavenly and beautiful! I love snow and moved to Boston from CA because I wanted to spend my winters with snow and white Christmases that include a white tree. Today, I get my wish and, as I look out my window, I can't get enough of the beauty and magic of the falling snow.
The huge and gorgeous tree down the street is now covered with snow, as are the brick buildings and cars across and down Joy Street Street that leads to the Common - the country's oldest park. I can only imagine how beautiful the park must be looking right now.
I have plans to try out my new snow boots and saunter down the hill to the library and, socially-distancing, pick up my book and turn in the one I just picked up a couple of days ago (Grisham's new novel) and rather, a disappointing one, just like the latest two. He doesn't seem to really be into it anymore but rather automatically gets one out a year.
Aside from that, I plan to do some stretching and Yoga! And I'm getting down to it, right now!!
