The surest way of ensuring a happy song in one's heart begins with a huge "Thank You" the moment one awakens! If there is one thing I've learned through the years is the wisdom of a grateful heart starting with a simple "Thank You" first thing in the morning which pays huge dividends the rest of the day. Please try it, dear friend and take a moment to drop me a note and let me know how it works for you, will you?
If you start with just a simple "Thank You" for YOUR personal reasons, that is all that matters. As your gentle heart begins to feel the peace, you'll actually sense a smile and, before you know it, it becomes a habit - a GREAT habit!
