I know it sounds like a cliche, but when pursuing your passion, make sure you put in your best effort. It does not matter the time of day or night, or how many hours you have closeted yourself away, writing, painting, learning how to repair watches or whatever, just keep focused on it. There is a kind of zen like bliss in doing this, just continuing on with whatever you are driven to do, no matter what the setbacks. Keep on keeping on.
