It's a beautiful morning in my neighborhood...LOL It is, too: partly cloudy skies, coolish (okay, mild) temperatures, there is definately a tinge of fall in the air.
Speaking of air: Tuesday, October 2 and Wednesday, October 3, Karen and I will be having our television debut. Tuesday, here in Burleson, Wednesday, in Dallas.
Am I nervous? Let me just say: YES!!!!!!!
God, please help me not to say/do anything embarrassing.
Talked with Angela yesterday (she's one of the producers), she said not to wear anything green on Wednesday. Why? Because I might get to help the weatherman do the forecast!
Always wanted to be a meteorologist. Slight problem, though, okay, two: my allergy to math (break out in numbers) and my StormFear.
I'd be the one yelling, "We're all gonna diiiiiiieeeeeee!!"
So much for a career in the weather field.
But think of it: in a way, get to live out a dream, albeit temporarily. How cool is that?
Karen's getting nervous, too. She's afraid she's gonna fall on camera. Timbeeeeeeeeer...LOL Keep telling her not to think about it. Yeah, right, she says, as graceful as she is? Twinkletoes!! (She trips a lot, getting as clutzy as me. It's a twin thing!!)
Well, will let y'all know how it goes. Pray for us, would you? 'Preciate it.
