Made it through Day One. 

I didn't know there was so much ... TV ... in making a television show!

Retakes:  due to lighting; noises outside; me messing up; battery packs dying; any number of things can foul up a shot.

I thought I was doing terribly; John (Director), Geoff (Cameraman) and Toban (sound) said I was doing great.  (O, I hope so!)  They made it fun, though.  

Today is Day Two:  the day Karen and I get to go to KXAS NBC Channel 5 to meet Chief Meteorologist David Finfrock.  Karen won't be featured in this section, but she gets to go.  As long as she gets to meet David, she'll be happy!

I'll let y'all know how it went today.

Update: They forgot to get Security Clearance for Karen, so she doesn't get to go. They feel horrible about it, such short notice and all...they weren't thinking. Karen feels bad, too, and so do I. Will have to get something extra special for Karen. :(
