Getting All Dressed Up Yaaaaay!!! It's Spring and millions world wide will rejoice in the culmination of the most beautiful and significant holy holiday of this or any season.
Referred to as Easter or now the preferred Resurrection Sunday,there are certain Adornments and,if you will, traditional
activities associated with the season.
I would just like us, as believers, to remind us to also share with our children the awesome wonder of the songs and speeches they will learn to sing and recite
I laugh now at age 71 about the first poem I wrote at age 7.
It read, EASTER Time is here the children cry for cheer cause Christmas has disappeared."
I use to laugh at this rendering of a child excited and expectant of the gifts to be received but today a light came on and I realized the power of expecting the true GIFT to look forward to:
Christmas He came but no longer a baby
EASTER/RESURRECTION after the great sacrifice for all mankind He got up with all power!!!
The children will be so excited about their new garments...please teach them in word and action about the garment of PRAISE!
And there will be Easter egg hunts.
The children will run around seeking to find as many as they can with great determination...Let us teach them to be determined to seek Jesus with their whole heart,find Him and receive the greatest reward.
The Easter Bunny is a temporary fantasy but the King of kings the eternal Truth.
Enjoy the greatest season ever in fun and in the blessed faith and favor in and of the LORD❤️🙌🏼
