The most welcome Spring sunshine continues into late April.
In the garden at Elmwood ,my home, there is an abundance of
colour from seasonal flowers and tree blossom.It is an
example of how lovely this planet at times can be.Is there
such beauty on other planets?We don`t really know as
yet but there are current efforts underway to explore
further the galaxy and perhaps in our curiousity find
other forms of advanced life.Some have warned against
further exploration siting posssible future galactic
wars and how would other forms of stronger more
intelligent than us mere mortals react to humanity on
earth?Considering that we eat other forms of life on our
planet I think we should not expect any mercy from new
encountres .Pesimistic? -yes but then there we go.
While politicians get red in the face over coming
elections there is much debate and even open competition
between them on TV.Will Ed Milliband sink or swim? will
Nigel Farage gain some sort of historic vote?Will Nicola
Sturgeon triumph over the likes of Margaret Thatcher as
a powerful female political orator?My own democratic
right will however go unexpressed as I forgot to register
on the roll.
A popular Italian song of the 1950s and San Remo winner
tells us to open up the windows let out the dust,let in
the air and the sunshine .Aprite La Finestra e
Primavera!!!!!
