Around the corners of the night
As the dark matter of the universe
Edges the limits of our sight
Since sometimes to see the unseen is worse
The flowers of our fates unfold
As here within our hands we hold
Each other's hands and all we are
This is the meaning of the falling star
But at the falling we
Are only asked to be
And I only ask you to be with me
Around the corners of the night
We hold our hands and all we are is right
Here we belong to us alone
Where the most beautiful things are not known
Yet comprehended just in case
If all we know is that this is the place
Our fates await wearing each other's face
In the nightblooming garden of destiny
At the falling we are only asked to be
(And I only ask you to be with me)
