The Plumber's Son

The plumber's son

Here to do a job
a busted water pipe
my lawn a lake
my neighbors stare from
behind their drapes

I explain to the plumber
my troubles and woes
As I notice this 22 year old
It's his assistant, his son
To Papa, I utter a loud, "whoa!"

What a beauteous guy!
with eyes of blue/gray/green
What a great body, strong & lean
with a neat posture straight
wearing easy fitting khaki jeans

wearing a black tank top
showing golden tanned arms
he's friendly...and polite too
got everything going for him
even a great back view!

I blurt out,
"Son, You should be in magazines!"
His eyes flash with boyish charm
and his beautiful disarming grin
could've set off a fire alarm!

Dang! An angel here on earth!
