Having known some who have had a drink problem, and some who have kicked it, and still away from it. I have tried to view it their way.
*I called him my friend* *but he just used me,* *right to the bitter end* *he abused me.* *I gave him everything* *and so much more* *so many times I* *I could have walked away,* *just never happened that way.* *I paid the price* *he just hid away* *I guess it is better that way.* *All things must pass* *and I am glad it has* *I'll never be looking down another glass* *or seeing his face* *looking back at me,* *mocking,* *taunting,* *making my life hell.*
