Do you wanna know what makes me laugh

cause I do all the time,

I laugh at the strangest things

my daughter thinks I've lost my mind.

From The Goons to Jerry Lewis

Buster Keaton to Custard pies,

thats when it starts

like when Garfield and Odie dance.

When travelling on trains

watching people nodding off

I sit and watch smiling

as their head drops nearly falling off,

and my garndson's much confusion

as he sorts through his toys

moving them here and back again

then over what getting annoyed.

Then I laugh because I am

just happy to be alive

even though sometimes

not everything is alright.
