Not far from my home is a stream fed by springs that flows over slate and metamorphic rocks. The song below describes my encounter with it.
MY HYDROSANCTUARY
My HydroSanctuary, nestled among trees and inhabited
by singing birds, is a flowing stream that makes sounds like
multi-fountains and high tide waves while passing gently
over slate and metamorphic rocks.
My HydroSanctuary is a place where I come to pray, meditate,
listen to silence and commune with God who says to me,
"You are my child. I love you. I have given the earth to the
children of men to enjoy."
My HydroSanctuary is where I come to listen to the birds
sing and to sing and compose my own songs freshly
received from the Master Musician. Before I leave my
HydroSanctuary I declare, "Thank You God." "Thank you God."
