"Blue Bird of Love"

As brightness retired
I acknowledge the chill around me
Cooing like a ringdove in mud
Laughing and ruffling my head
Like a frogs who from the slime my entrapment
You who turn hills and stars to rhyme
You said…
You sunshine talk and cry to much… go wash your face
When heaven dissolves in falling rain
But then came floating over the valley
Even in this battle it was heard
Blue Bird of love songs…did not stop
Drinking from the tender nipples of the stars
As darkness touches the sky by night
Clumsy you flap your tender wings
With wings burning like the sun
Embracing my heart
Cooing like ringdoves in mud
Love songs of blue
About other lovers grrrrr….
Oh blue bird of love
I love you…
Why?
Because…
You where send by God!!

The bluebird is a wonderfulmetaphor for love, Tinka. Unfortunately, the one in yur picture is about to dissect a poor, little, defenseless insect. ;-). Love, Ron.

If he is sent from a heavenly source, then he should not be
writing poetry "about other lovers, grrrrr."
Another image-filled piece of romantic expression, Tinka!
