Drifting
I drift in silent dreams
To places beyond this world
Where wild ducks mate
Where sunrays flirt…
Playfully embracing shadows wide
I walk giant hills that are asleep
As the moon gets lost in a cloud
I drift beyond stars so bright
And sail upon the ocean so blue
Far, far away until sun starts dropping…
Red rays of anger…
And brings me back
When bright sunbeams fall upon my naked body
Back to you… sunshine
I hear the music in the rivers flow
And I put away my fears knowing
My heart with you will always be secure
A gentle smile falls upon my lips
But a tear of joy washes away my dream
It’s time to wake up
And get the ball rolling… work to do
At last I “swift” towards freedom
Warm sunshine covers me
On my road to freedom
Drifting with time…
Daydreaming
Yet again!!
