Without farm girls, many would starve. All of the hard work is worth it when it is done and you can sit down and enjoy the spoils of your labor. :)
Dang--no keilbasa (Polish sausage)--now THAT'S good eating. Unlike Karen, I will leave the spicy stuff alone (me tummy can't abide LOL). Guess that means more for her. :)

boudin (pronounced boo dan) is cajun pork sausage stuffed with rice and seasonings; it is very tasty! i had some in louisiana, and i have had it here in texas. i LOVE it! :) there is also andouille (an doo ee), which is also cajun pork sausage, but it is a lot hotter than boudin. it is yummy too!
