Every Lonely Hour

What’s the use… it’s no good
If we are alone all the time

Things has no value if we can’t “do” it
On a night like tonight
Every hour by the fireplace
Brings me closer to you
And the ocean…
Oh that remains

The place where I wanna be
I will steal the moon… bring it back
And I would lay it gently by your feet
Then we can forget sadness…all the moans and groans
And… even the gold price

Would not matter to us... it’s cold

This world would become a fairy tale
If only you could be here with me
Every lonely hour of my day
Brings me so much closer to you
Things have no value
If I cannot “do” it

With

You

Another extremely sad piece, Tinka - but I'll trade you some of that cold over there for some of this 100 degree heat here.

When two become one. Souls united should never be parted. Have faith and hold on to your dreams. As they may lead back to the begining of it all...

Beautifully written...

If we didn't know the depths of loneliness and empty hours, we couldn't know the happiness of hours of fulfillment. In a peculiar manner, though, loneliness can turn time into agonizing eternities of helpless hopelessness while happiness speeds up time without Time releasing its relentless grip on our short human lives.

A sad and lonely piece, Tink.

Oh my! (sniff sniff) This is sooo heavy. I wish that no one would ever have to experience lonliness, hurt, heartache and pain. Words are so insignificant when describing the cutting edge of those emotions, and it is hard while experiencing them to conceive that a brighter happier day will come. But it will, Tinka. Sometimes, we have to just bite our lower lip, and not look back; in order to see the many wonderous joys that lie ahead, all waiting for our attention. Be blessed....and be happy!
