Yes, best to take the philosophical view. It opens our hearts to see the possibilities in now. The sigh is released and new air fills your lungs. Hoist the anchor! Set sail on that unbeaten path with new hopes using the wisdom from your sighs. Nothing is wasted. Isn't that fine? Trip of a write...

With each day comes a new difficulty to be overcome. I try to take them one at a time so as not to feel overwhelmed. Life has a way of bringing joy with misery so we must constantly be searching for the blessing in disguise that is seated within each hardship or difficult time.
Take care,
Sherry

Soul-provoking and thought-provoking philosophical ruminations. ONE SIGHS FITS ALL provides more than a little to contemplate as we wander on our merry, or not-so-merry, way down the road of life. Thanks for a great write.
