"The Makings Of A New Diet Plan"

 :)

The stomach starts to hurt bad

Holding back another stinky fart

Each time you do that

Another burp explode

Making the stomach roar for more

Alarming your spouse to run for cover

Knowing the smells killer effect

Ingredients of this new diet plan

Not so kind to explain

Glossy cocktail spin in a pot

Of you run to old john

Drop the stomach’s content

Face red…stomach roar… feeling sick

All known love for food forgotten

New diet plan of action

Eat less cocktail

That looks like delicious gooey eyes

Wasting time

Embracing the bowl of old John again

Diet can be a good thing

If done in moderation

Eat with a smile on your face

Try to forget another embrace

Poetry or not I feel green to the gut

Longing to die alone

Actions taken

No more diet plan

Or Glossy cocktails

Spinning in a pot

Thank you!!

I'm taking "Colostrum" for good health; but for some unknown reasons, it has an effect on losing weight. I'm quite satisfied witht the result. I have lost about 9 lbs. already and still losing.

"Colostrum" is a wonderful health product that helps us to improve our immune system, but when I take it, it miraculously had helped me to lose weight at the same time. I like it so much!

I hate to diet because I don't like to avoid the foods that I love and most of the "diet foods" get to be so boring that I end up scrapping the diet anyway. So...I workout hard and just eat smaller portions. If I eat a balanced diet, I really don't get hungry and if I really must have something that is calorie packed, I allow it, then I simply get back on the prohram. I never feel good when I make a radical change to my diet and often it will do to me, exactly what it has done to you. I hope you are feeling better soon and that John becomes more of a casual visit instead of one of such urge-n-cy.
Take care,
Sherry

no matter what diet you choose to go into

Just eat smaller portions and do some walking is better than any diet plan I have found, though it takes a long time to wear off that which we have grown...Ed

Poor, poor Tinka. She's either crying out her eyes over some forlorn love or crying out her eyes over a good dinner, cocktails included. Victor

This is like A VERY SNOTTY THOUGHT 2 ...

These old bodies can sure be fun sometimes, and then again ... YIKES ... so much glop is produced when we're sick and feeling yucky.
