Torture By Fate

When she closed her eyes

Embracing this voice inside

Clouds from deep within

Started to break through eyelids of torture

Holding back the breath of hope

Desire oppressed by a wandering fist

Screaming madness…deep within

The only freedom or flash of hope

The silent prayer that escape her lips

Body withdrawn in silence

When she closed her eyes

Tortured by fate

There is a place, maybe a dream, where safety and love can be found.
Hopefully fate will intervene for you in a positive way Tinka dear.

Tinka, you've written this piece in a way that made me want to wrap my arms around you. Clear and concise, I can feel the resignation and acceptance to the hard hand of Fate. Splendid! Thank you for sharing.

Be well,
Sheri

She squeezes her eyes shut and prays a powerful prayer to the maker of all-- the maker of words awakens. From a hidden dimension, he reaches through the page and puts an "i" between the "fa" and the "te". Then he blows on the "e" and it changes, rounding down, the bottom opening up, and the line in the middle rising from the back to make a perfect "h". One "r" and one "t" dissapear, and the previous word rearranges into "routed". There you have it. She breathes in deeply the fresh hope as the door swings open: "Routed by faith," she departs...

As Karen Vanerlaan (below) said, alarmingly sad--please take care. We can pray, but until you change your mind and decide your life--your sanity--is worth something, we can't do much!
