I can hear,
The butterflies, whispering,
Behind, the soft blooming roses,
In my garden,
On this lovely, warm Summer day.
Complaining,
Of the fairy's activities,
In the early hours, of dusk,
As they search for mates,
With their endless, beaconing lights.
Of the elves, they say,
They spend, their night,
Sitting, on toad stools,
Around a wee camp fire,
Telling marlarkey stories,
Of old leprechaun tales.
The beautiful butterflies,
Giggle,At the sight,
Of prancing Unicorns,
Neighing gently,
As they feed, on wild flowers,
On soft hills,
Along a green field,
Of fresh clovers.
Pegasus and his mate,
Gently lands,
From silent, heavenly soars,
His mare, ready to foal,
Presenting us,
With a new, beautiful Summer day.
