Hello Again Lovely Lady

A mans dream of someone long ago.

I drifted off into my world of sleep

My mind became uncluttered of reality debris

It was then that she came into my mind

Hello again lovely lady

Her beautiful blue eyes glowed with love

She reached out and took my hand

Her touch was of fresh snow

Come with me now my prince, she said so softly

Suddenly I felt a sharp pain on my foot

My eyes opened to reality

My pet cat had stuck me with his paw

Now I await for tonight, when I again can dream

oh my goodness...
my dog snored in my ear
and I dreamed of a lion roaring
and thunder...
of course he licked my face too once
and I dreamed of kissing-lol

Welcome back to the Den, Tony. I always wondered what had happened to you. You were one of the first to welcome me here, 6 years ago! (Quite a lot has happened in my life, since then, thanks to this dear, dear web community.)

Cats can be our most trusted friends or our most beloved "devils" (mine, being the latter today!)
