We're more than men of meat, spirituality makes us complete. Some people who feel that they aren't spiritual, might still benefit from its ritual. This is only verse so whether you believe or not, it's only verse, nothing less or nothing worse.
Being mere mortal
it's very hard to get flesh
through a spiritual portal
Flesh has to be
broken down
before it can fly around
Prayer travels
spiritually unravels
Goes where no meat dare
easily floats through the air
Messages boomerang
not being in tune
we don't recieve nothing
Spiritual message has
to be translated
then processed and negotiated
Spiritual message doesn't talk
but it will communicate
when we sleep, sit and walk
How do I know this stalk
I've been a bad boy
my spiritual azz beating
I kind of enjoy
Many fear correction
I have no objection
There's a part of me that says spiritual messages don't need to translated, negotiated nor processed. I believe that a spiritual message is somehwhat like receiving the perfect birthday or Christmas present. You know the giver meant it just for you, with all their love.
