Sometimes things happen that make you think the sun has fled and a cold, vicious winter will last forever. You know what I mean.
Really enjoyed this poem and up here in the frozen north of England its good to know Californians get winter too.

WOW! I surely don�t want to see any more storms like that, but unfortunately I live where it has already developed. Personally I like the warm weather, and can�t wait to fully retire, so I can enjoy it. An excellent well-penned descriptive composition. Thanks for sharing it. Take care and be well.
