Feel the freshness

Of the wind from the sea.

Feel the richness

This wind fills within me.

See the invisible

Movement of its breath.

See the quiet air

Arouse a sigh in its heft.

Note the curtains

Lifted lightly into the air.

They too feel

The loving caress as a prayer.

See the soft touch

Of its finger on the curtain.

Gently its blows

Into the day’s light certain.

The wind is eternal,

Such a surprise in nature’s array.

At night merely nocturnal,

Blades of grass and the leaves at play.

How the breeze enters

The window with such ease.

Invisible though it be,

The wind touches the invisible in me.
