After reviewing the mass destruction on the world natural resources by mankind to day in the flimsy excuse of "progress" I couldn't help penning these few lines .
Roadmap to Destruction
(a sad commentary on Man today !)
Mankind , because of his
lack of compassion,
is wantonly destroying both
himself and the entire world
around him today.
Which makes him
the biggest fool
in Nature!.
For instead of preserving
the natural environment, and thus himself
with his supposedly "superior" knowledge
He is doing the very opposite,
destroying all the beautiful, natural resources
around him, which, in effect,
will destroy himself eventually
Can there be a bigger fool than that?
Being a Nature lover,
my heart goes out
to the innocent animals
who play no part in this madness that is being
perpertrated today by this short sighted. defected
carbon based unit called man
who is yet to become human in the
true sense of the word meaning
Compassionate!
His only hope is a renewal of his faulty thinking process (destruction bent)
Which I hope will be achieved in the near future for the benefit of all !

Hah! We are not only the BIGGEST fools in nature... we are the ONLY fools in nature. The animals, left to themselves without human presence (spelled i-n-t-r-u-s-i-o-n), stay very much in balance.
And, in the end, philosophically speaking, aren't each and every one of us our OWN biggest fool...?

Very well expressed truth...I often think it will all be wiped out with another ice age...of course, these days it may well be the heat from hell instead.
The "wealthy powers that be" won't stop as long as there is a $$$dollar to be made or there is nothing on earth left to sell. By then, they hope to have "prepared" or found another planet, to which they hope to excape, leaving the average smucks and the poor, behind on doomed earth. That is, unless earth fights back and dooms mankind first! Hehehe, I sound like a sci fi novel. Good poem, Michael!

From your lips to Gods ear. I get frustrated too! My head gets to shaking because the logic is ....if we know...why would we continue?
