Sun bursting with color blinds me

Wave of lemony-yellow colors over field of blue

Mother Nature gently hinting store will be closing for the day

Gesturing sad goodbyes

Brusquely bumping back to bed

Colors of common surround senses

Will there ever be another day

Tears fall but memory is placed

I have seen heaven on earth

Life is dull when colors blind
