I have been wondering too. It's not like him to disappear without telling anyone. I send junk emails to him almost daily and none have been bounced back. But I don't have a phone number or address to check.
A little birdie told me that he is just fine and that he can't understand what all the fuss is about. He announced on his Facebook page back in July that he was taking a much needed break from social media, computers, and cell phones, and going 'Off Grid.' The little birdie says that he is really enjoying himself hanging out in the woods, observing the wonders of nature, and spending time with his Beasty Boys. In fact, he's having such a good time, he may never return!
I know nothing but I have notices his absence (also that of many others). I think Jerry's information is most telling. Hopefully, he is fine. Love and peace to you, Ed.
Now that our abysmal Fourth of July Holiday from Hell is finally over; now that our three new Fourth of July kittens are being cared for by a dedicated kitten foster family; now that my extremely futile annual Illegal Fireworks Complaint Letters have all been mailed out; and now that I can no longer stand even one more minute of the truly abysmal Presidential Election Convention going on in Cleveland right now. I’m heading ‘Off Grid’ once more.
Because of all of the extremely pompous, ego-centric, hate-filled rhetoric spewing out of the mouths of our so called ‘leaders’ today, I now sadly believe that it would take a true miracle to transform our once great nation into even a fairly good one again. There is just far too much hatred and divisiveness in our nation right now, and far too much blaming of others, for our own failures and shortcomings. One of the convention delegates from my own state has even been posting racist comments on her Facebook page, which truly makes me ashamed of my own state, and which truly makes me now want to leave it forever.
So I’m heading ‘Off Grid’ once more to spend more time with my Beasty Boys, and to hopefully regain some much needed peace, quiet, and tranquility. I might camp out in an extremely serene and blissful forest, or I might find an old cabin on an isolated wilderness lake to move into. I really don’t know at this point when I will return; So Adios, Once More."
