I understand the sentiment herein. And I agree. Unless we could fly, or have access to interdimensional rifts, our vehicles are almost as important as regular bowel movements. Peace... rlc

And to think before 1900, no one had cars. From the picture your Honda looks like it's been immaculately cared for. I feared before I read it that your baby was being repossessed. But it looks to be simply a minor electrical problem.

I gave up without a fight when I quit driving about four years ago. She now drives it once a week to keep it lubricated and the battery charged. It stalled badly of years ago on a very hot day when Scott Zachary was driving. Mechanics found nothing wrong. Then about a month ago, it did the same thing, so my shop changed a $50 sensor that had acted up in 2006 Fords before that seems to have done the trick. My only mechanical repair in 67,000 miles.

We are blessed to have cars that are so dependable that you will get back very soon and put your clothes back on.

It's true, people do feel naked without their cars; but they do need periodic maintenance. Soon, all will be well and you will be closed again.
