Re-examination of the "id"

Another of my "dislocated id" poems of sorts...I've no idea where they come from or where they go once I post them, but they are here for now...

RE-EXAMINATION OF THE "ID" (ed)

Let painting confuse the ego

And sculpture rarify the elements

No longer can we expand and progress

To reap stories of hankerings

Awful delinquency arises and prospers

Mid usual long shadows of doubt

Tumbling waterfalls of sorrow

Not to be outdone, but reasonable

To assume a headroom of use

Build a region of tarnished samples

Bordering on elapsed time

Those who relinquish their guilt’s

Are automatically absconding with familiarity

How so the ignorant figures

Of elongated tangles of wooded totems

Rising to broad spectrums of anarchy

Bring on the wholesomeness of beauty

Followed by the bestial tolerance

All to often are we misguided in public

Pushed and shoved beyond endurance

But many are taken to lightheadedness

And carried into full bloom in spring

March on, you angels of forgiveness

Let not your sour hearts preserve

A lasting art form of proclivity

Can we all perform indestructibly?

If not, how can we persist?

No cave-ins of the mind can change

The ever-flowing talent of the artist

Nay, it could help nurture a feeling

Whereby the challenge is met head-on

And bothered not by indomitable wholeness

The core of spider webbing

Protects those of great faith

And disputes longevity

But to bring on absolution there’s needed

A shower of muscled strengths

Hardly adequate for average souls

To buy a relative onslaught

Your currency must be that of universal atoms

For ne’er well your dreams consider

Any possibility of breaching the gap

Of poetic license—

Bring up your trains of sorrow

Your wagons of despair

The light is shining forever strong

How will you see it—

Through closed orbs?
