Sliding Down to a Netherworld of my Own Making...

I have been here before, and I hope each time I will make it back up and be the normal, moral, (well almost) person I seem to see myself as...

sliding down to a netherworld of my own making...

I have to say,

even though, here,  I write & play,

that of late, I find myself,

a bit down,

and willing to do something,

that is not karmically right,

nor good for my future,

not allowing it to be bright,

or for that matter,

out in the light,

more like, actually in that asylum,

I have beaten to death in my poems.

An asylum with doors made of steel bar,

no windows, thus far,

no freedom to be me,

no way to write,

no way to allow the right.

while you are praying for others,

even though I find it hard to believe,

maybe you can throw in a prayer or two,

for the likes of me,

not much worthy of anything more,

because I know myself on that score,

I have however, gone thru this before,

so I know I will get past it,

and through the door,

to a better time again,

and with all the help, you and yours,

can give, I may just make it faster & more…   (ed)

We are our worst judges! Ed if only you could see yourself the way we at the Den see you! You are in my prayers :-)

Ed, Ed, Ed, you went from a whimsical write to a downer. Quit putting yourself down.

You have lots of friends here; and we're all rooting for you - all the time.

Relax, hug old Rufuz, and enjoy the day!
