Say that title 3 times real fast.

SOME SUN FUN The sun is 93 million miles away, That’s a distance quite far. But when it comes to being bright, Our sun’s a star. The sun’s real name is Sol. It provides warmth and light.. From sunrise to sunset, Our sun’s a majestic sight. The sun rises in the east, And gives the day a shine. It’s done this every morning Since the dawn of time. Michael D. Schafer © July 1, 2018

I had an uncle, Sol. He was my favorite relative. I wonder where you got the name. Anyway, it's a good name for the brightest star.

Ole Sol here in Texas is getting a bit too close for comfort. It's so hot outside (How hot is it?) that it's peeling the peeling off my sunburn.

Technically, the sun does not rise. The earth turns on its axis and therefore the sun appears every day at about the same time.

The first God worship by poor souls who eagerly awaited arrival in the morning because those damn campfires were so undependable!

Tthe sun gives out light and warm the earth to make things grow. Without sunlight there won't be anything in this world. It may become just another cold frozen planet.

Yep, the sun is a wonderful thing to have around. Saw a movie once about when the world lost the sun. Scary. Wish I coule recall its name.
