Tear-ing My Heart Out After you left my life A year in lonely living away from love Brought sad songs and poems For shedding instant tears Turning your pictures to the wall I go out with the Lonelys past hurting A gratification more like relieving myself While you watch Day-to-day reversal burns away cynicism Self respect begins to return and reward Culminating in a chance meeting To permit sharing with caution A fresh mood and resolve Strengthens a decent companionship For two in deserving need My tribute without tear-ing out my heart F William Broome 2008 ��

Oh My!! The aching is beyond pain. The yearning is so open in every word. What can I say. This is a poem of the heart pain so many have.
