Who are the men and women we need to thank?

Let Us Know Brave Heroes

In today's undeclared wars
civilians are cheated in that
there is no visible instant
way to identify a military
member who has seen
action in a combat zone

A Navy grandson home for
a few days from the active
Middle East thanked by
a few in family and friends
for his bravery and service
of months away from all

He had not been under fire
so if we had combat identity
his would not include the
badge of courage which we
need to honor our protectors
whose buddies do get killed
