Haven't you ever broke something you were told not to touch? Hope you all enjoy!

Now a Lay Me Down To Sleep

Now a lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Lord my secret he'll keep,
cause I got into something I was told not to touch,
and broke a glass in mom's new hutch.
I tried to fix it with super glue,
I thought I could make it look just like new.
But I was wrong I must confess
and made an even bigger mess.
The glue started drying way too fast,
and stuck to my fingers instead of the glass.
Just when I thought things couldn't get worse,
my sister Sally heard me curse!
She said "I'm telling, I heard what you said and mom's going to spank you and put you to bed."
So I made her a bribe with my last fifty cents,
and off to the store the little brat went.
I thought to myself now what do I do
my hands are covered in super glue?
I picked up the glass making one last attempt,
trying to put it back together again.
The phone started ringing mom pulled in the drive,
I couldn't believe it was already five!
I hid the glass up under the bed,
I knew if she saw it I'd surely be dead.
So if I die before I wake, I pray the
Lord my soul to take,
and if it not be too much to ask,
you think you could fix Mom's
favorite glass?
