A rhyme for our time. As technology gets smarter, time to get an answer is longer. Why is that nowhere in the FAQs or in the simple telephone menu my question is not answered? If machines are so smart, they should have our answer right away.
While waiting for the person to come back and talk to you, I would suggest googling your question. You might find that someone else somewhere among the 7 billion on the planet as at the same problem as you and actually solved it with or without getting someone on the line.
