 I am now untethered and free 

reconnected with all of me

I have broken open my shell

and dissolved my self made hell

now is the time to run in the tide 

spread my wings and heart wide

to take off into the great wide sky

let go of all the old reasons why

NOW I AM all shiny an new

I AM that I AM  and who are you?

I glow with Source & Silver Flame

I AM that I Am that I claim!
