This reminds me of the declaration, I do not recall who first noted this in recorded history, but it has been said time and time again and rightly so... Men are the true romantics!!!
Truly, I believe so. For look at the masculine aspects of God represented in the Kinsman-Redeemer archetype of Boaz; in the powerful choice of God to make for Himself a Bride -- all of Creation, "She" -- reflected in the unique roles and feminine aspects of the Woman's body, of Mother Earth, of The Big Bang itself.
God could have destroyed everything when She failed to trust Him implicitly, when Eve chose rather to believe that He might be withholding something, might be depriving her of equality (indeed, He the Spirit was not!) Eve alone would have been condemned to an eternity of awareness of the massive consequences of her mistake -- what could have been, what would have been, had she believed in His perfect gift of herself, as she was.
Rather, God had already imagined and decided how He would redeem the entire situation before making her the mother of billions of voices praising Him for this glorious universe and the gift of life itself to us. Rather, God chose to lower Himself into Her.
God is indeed the ultimate Romantic! And men are indeed the better half in that regard. For the world to be improved, Woman must understand that and preserve her desirability to Mankind by striving to be virtuous and to love the perfect design of us.
