It's good tp be back and thought I would be doing a NASCAR victory 0poem today but I was robbed...

Quick, Quick

Quick, quick

Time’s love-warped lairs, forgiven tears

Leap into a secret world of sweet delight

With little Pixie wings and magic things

We’ll make forbidden taboo love tonight

Quick, quick

On bellowed cloud, we’ll proclaim aloud

That we naked nymphs will frolic free

In glittered sparkly hair, and soft skin fair

I’ll kiss each and every inch of thee

Quick, quick

One last warm kiss, to fulfill my only wish

Somehow, someway together we would be

Touch your silky thigh, with whispered sigh

For a short time Cupid set two lovers free

Quick, quick

The time window closes, between our noses

As the night awakes the dawn’s new light

Sleep rubbed eyes, and well dreamed lies

For a while made all things right…

This one is really neat, Fee. We can always dream :-)

Our hotel chain sponsors one of the teams. Never heard of them. Your driver did better than ours! Actually, the winning driver was the one who safely brought you back home.

This is really tight writing. I love the fantasy elements mixed in with this and the magic of midnight. I don't know about quickies though, with *winks* or not, this feels more like pure romance and bliss than a rush of heat. Lovely. Michelle

Welcome back, but it was well worth it to go where you were at.
Glad you had the opportunity to do that when so many people wish to and cannot. Surely an experience like that should bring memories with you for your lifetime.

Great write, and at least #48 was in the top two; our driver, #17, sucked, to put it mildly. Fortieth place?? *OW* NOT good!
