Never Too Early For Christmas Wishes
By: fee
In my mind I hear the choirs singing
I can see the snowflakes in the air
Dreaming of an old time country Christmas
Wishing and dreaming you’ll be here
Let’s stroll hand in hand long Main Street
Check out the giant tree lit up in the park
On the houses colored lights all a glitter
Will refuse to let the mood grow dark
There’ll be mistletoe and ivy in the halls
A Jack Frost snowmen outside each door
Gifts wrapped in bright tinsel and ribbons
And the smell of baking that’s for sure
We’ll go out caroling Christmas evening
Sing “Silent Night” in the frosty air
Worship baby Jesus at midnight mass
Oh those old hymns bring such cheer
And all I ask for from old Saint Nicolas
Is to wake up with you here to see
To share a down home country Christmas
A special one made for you and me…
