Captured in the blink of an eye...

All in a Dream

 

I will kiss you beneath the stars that glow

Though only the whisper of the maples know

 

Wanting… I will breath your exhaled air

Your breath for mine I’ll gladly share

 

I’ll dance with you on a rainbow’s beam

An Angel’s dance in a winter’s dream

 

Sing to you a song from heart to heart

About true love that shall never part

 

My fingertips caress you soft as snow

Until our passion’s fire begins to glow

 

I’ll run my fingers through your hair

With such desire that I can hardly bear

 

On bended knee I’ll vow eternal love

To our robin’s song from up above…

This is gorgeous, Felix. How you merge the sensual and emotional in a write that conjures both summer warmth and winter softness is extraordinary. And it works! :)) Love that picture, too, which made me think of John and Yoko when I first saw it. Now THERE'S a couple who knew the meaning of soulmate love and displayed it to the watching world without hindrance or embarrassment. Who can understand the true nature and wonder of attraction? Only our souls are a party to that mystery and they're not letting on! But here they whisper to you, Darlin. Ach, now you got me aching for spring already... where's Aslan when you need him???!! Another heart-melting write from your big-hearted pen. xx
