My first wife who died of breast cancer treasured precious moments like this. We can learn a lot from one who has very little time on earth. One should also set aside more time enjoy what time is left...

Venturing outside; listening to the birds sing Swimming slowly; taking in the fresh air Watching flowers grow, not having one care Waterfall trickles down A butterfly bobs up and down Some blue heron just flew overhead Feeling the breeze of semi-sweet salty air Cotton candy clouds pass by A vivid turquose, dark blue sky Thinking about nothing... not even wondering why? Having only a few days left, just increases this desire Sharing time that's so special adding expressions of love... makes this spiritual high even higher! Amen X 110! John Michael Domino, 10/22/19

From what I read, the natural world around us is the best medicine for life. We came from there and we actually feel most connected in nature. Peace is a wonderful thing. I recommend that we do everything we can while we still have time to keep nature free from intervention wherever possible. You may call it spiritual, I just call it, contentment.
