I wrote this back in '98--I know it is Fall but I have Spring in my heart....

Peace Of Mind I'm thankful for what I have, A little Home with Holy Things inside. There is peace here; A time for contemplation. There is something warm cooking and coffee in the pot. It may seem I am alone and lonely as can be. Not so you see, there is plenty I can do. God is always here with me and He fills my Soul with Joy. The birds are chirping all day long. How I love to see them play. They are happy and content as they go about their day. Yesterday it was the bluejays Today the mokingbirds Sometimes I have cardinals And other times brown trush I also have a woodpecker Which I don't like very much All are very welcome and are company to me. Soon there will be flowers, the grass will be turning green My cherry tree will burst into beautiful white flowers. Like a bride in spring, a beautiful sight to see. Each tree will begin to spring leaves from her branches. God's world is so beautiful. Like a child I am in wonder and awe.

God is beauty and accepts no less than beauty. We must keep our hearts clean as unclean hearts will have no contact with God. No way.
