As my Brother PeeWee got the little brain he had pickled in tequila down on Pancho Villa's turf, he got all his wires tangled (lill'brother Jersey been in his limbo before that) the truth most be told illustrated not with fake photos but with the real McCoy...

Poem Artwork

Ladies and gentlemen! Ye hear! Ye hear!
don’t be confuse with tales from that saloon
because if anyone knows the truth is the one
old enough to know is way up to the Yukon,
that river that promise to those that will dare
a life of wealth with all you can carry of gold.

As PeeWee, the brother in the middle, said,
after that big nugget money were but gone,
Jerse (the little brother) had to make trouble
and from that cozy establishment were thrown
to take care of ourselves without no roof
all because Jersey was use hemp for a smoke.

After finding that yellow beauty I decided that
Miss Fortune will no wait, so go for North,
and scrap your asses in a rusty old bucket ship
if you are so unlucky to not own a miser horse,
my brothers as a token, went under protest,
but were happy to skip the mob from the town.

A few weeks after, will you believe? arrived
of that mighty river covered in hope its shores,
and washing pan in hand PeeWee and me
wasted no time and went with fever to work,
as Jersey prancing in the forest for berries
let us to do all the work for our riches alone.

Combining lill’brother and hemp is not good,
because he like dogs and grizzle bear are none,
when he found one and started feeling cuddly
screaming “Rufuz! Rufuz! here’s a good boy!”
the bear thought that the fellow was attacking
and it decide to teach the man how to marathon.

The water of that mighty shitting river are
if without warning you need to dive in, cold!
don’t ask a pissed off grizzly back your brother
what is all about and if an apology will do,
you go like a torpedo in search of a big bang
before the bear’s claws can find your pompons.

Gold? Don’t make me laugh, how you find it
when you get the worse of you family in tow
one babbling all the time about doggy puppies
the other one of a Mean Tall Woman about,
the only riches an old man like me can hope
with those brothers, is a mine of fools’ gold.

Ingratitude is the paid received by the old,
caring and forgiving Elder and Protector
from a bear and his two ungrateful bros.

The only panning I'll be doing in the future will be pan handling
the way prices are sky rocketting, leaving behind every thing
out of my reach, going to get me a dog, wear dark glasses and sell penciles on a coner, wearing an old vet's hat.
i am going down for the third time, and no life line in sight.
Glup! Glup! Glup!
Peace brother

I always heard that if you go panning for the real yellow, one must not be accompanied by anyone, AND especially brothers!
So, my dear fellow friend,
Another lessons been learned, once again,
When looking for gold
go it alone
for onle a fool, will bring his brothers
that is, unless you haul your mother!
She knows the good stuff from the shit!
...she's that other miner, but with tits...
Oooooh, I'm tellin!
Her...
LOL!
Love and Peace~

P.S. Sorry I've been in and out less and less, but, it seems, I'm getting some neglected things taken care of and I'm marketing locally, artwork and poetry! I have started the Poetry Slams here in Saint Augustine...tonight at the Rockin' Bean Cafe' 8:00-10:00pm.
Be there! :)

How you Bros ever made it to manhood, it's beyond my conception...then, again...maybe you've not reached that age, yet :o)
To be honest...it's always enjoyable to read of your escapades...never ending antics. Who's up next?? Seems Jersey Bro is being awful quiet on his part...hmmmm

PS You forgot about your big singing gig in that bar in Dawson City. I guess I better post that one today.
