The magic of the bayou bursts forth before our eyes in this gorgeous write. The feeling of being safe in the bosom of God's lovely palate is exhilarating and humbling. Your picture makes me want to head that way with my fishing pole! As I and my fishing buddies would say: "that's a mighty fishy lookin' place." You always amaze me Myrna with the places you take me through your words.

My fondest wish is to someday view the bayou for the first time as my Acadian ancestors who were forced from Nova Scotia by the ruthlessness of the Acadian Expulsion.
Wonderful way to bring to the magic of the bayou.
