The constant onslaught of crimes toward children in today‘s culture - including murder - brings outrage to my heart!
Cries to my Heavenly Father brings back the peace.. In a very unique way; inside a Robin’s song.

How can you stay angry?
When you look into his eyes
How can you remain aloof?
Once you've realized..
He sits atop a fatted nest
Now filled with newborn-wonder
His mate's gone off to gather food
When sounds the clap of thunder!
Even so, he stays his post
Tending to his young
Soothing them with lull-a-byes
He sings his father's song:
‘I will never leave you
Or forsake you to another
And though I'm not of the feminine gender
Still, I love you like.. a mother.’
This is My Shout Out to Men!
Happy Mother’s Day to all the hurting, single fathers out there,
Who, for one reason or another, have had to become the “mother”.
THANK YOU, GOD BLESS YOU, FOR LOVING YOUR CHILDREN!
The LORD Himself goes before you

I'm embarrassed and very sorry.. After 'How can you stay angry?', the rest of the body of the poem is found beneath "A Shout Out To Men! and its ensuing four lines. I apologize.. and I sincerely hope it's worth the time it takes.
