Some say global warming is something man has no control over. They also absolve any responsibility for what may come. One man told me one volcano creates more carbon monoxide than all the cars in the land. He does not take into consider that a one degree shift in the average global temperature makes those volcanoes more volatile. We can’t stop all the changes in the world but we can help. Why throw up our hands in disgust and say things like, “Oh well, what can I do?”

Poem Artwork

Thousands of seeds blew from the tree on a cool crisp autumn day.

They each floated here and there as the light winds blew them away.

One seed found a spot where the soil was fertile just before the autumn rains.

Throughout the winter there was no sign of that seed until spring came with its refrains.

Then, miracle of miracles a small twig reached from it’s grave and proudly saluted the sun.

The April showers gave it a drink thus it continued what it had begun.

The seed was no longer a seed in the dirt but it flourished and became a tree.

The tree that it became gave back to the earth by replacing used oxygen for you and for me.

There is a wonderful balance in nature… a balance that should be respected by all.

The cycle of life is completed by the seasons… summer, winter, springtime and fall.

Let us take care of this world where we live for it is truly one of a kind.

If we respect it and care for it we leave a for our children a wonderful gift behind.

Amen! The circle of life; may we all grasp the truth and hold on to what is right and wake up for our childrens children's sakes. Good message.
